fasting is good, but you also need them, and when you feel them you appreciate them, appreciation is growth and respect, knowledge need to eat right when you do eat, I personally do not eat until about lunch, and I do not eat supper,  I will juice at breakfast and supper and eat wisely for lunch solid food that's my choice. as far as weight loss or size reduction, you also need some exercise program, cardio, aerobics, pilates work on your stomach or center mass, focus on your center mass the rest is easy, the arms and legs will fall into place easily. and focus on the lower stomach, do leg lifts, as pilates type exercises, almost no one ever starts with the lower stomach,  strengthen the lower stomach muscles then go from there. and get yourself an easy routine that you can do every day, for 5 to 10 minutes, it's not you several similar leg lift type exercises that work and you will ferd you just have to take several tapes or pilates or any stomach exercise and make yourself a routine. you will know when doing the leg lifts, and I can tell
